Charcuterie, Cheese, Chilled cucumber soup, Zucchini & Corsican sheep cheese salad, Braised pork ribs, Bottles of (natural) Rosé, Craft beers, etc.
Location, location, location. Who doesn’t dream of sipping rosé on a sun-drenched river terrace in Paris for French wines & cheese and soft summer breezes?
Thanks to Deborah Pham (Editor of Mint Magazine) and Chef Adriana Seghetta (Aux Deux Amis alum) you can do just that. Because the riverside has recently gone car free, this incredible new little eatery on the right bank at the foot of Pont Neuf can exist. Finally, a casual outdoor restaurant on the river with a view and good food & wine.
Forget the standard tourist fare, their delicious a la carte menu changes every day to feature fresh produce, fish, meats, cheeses, beers, and wines.
How to find it? Just take the stairs behind the book sellers on the quai down to relax on deck chairs or at one of the wooden tables (umbrellas for shade coming soon!) for lunch or all day snack menu.
Trust me, for summer, it doesn’t get any better than this. You are going to want to stay on the river all afternoon, watch the sun set, and experience the city of light coming to life.
RUMOR HAS IT that they may soon pen for breakfast too.
